What are the check-in and check-out times and the opening hours of the hotel ?

The hotel is open 24/7. Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is before 12noon. Our secure luggage room is available anytime.

Can I have a late check-out?

If you would like to pre-book a late check-out, we request the payment of an extra night as we won’t be able to clean the room afterwards and rent it. If this is an issue during your stay, please contact the reception desk.

What advantages will I have to book on the official website?

By booking directly with us, you will be guaranteed the BEST price available. In addition, you can book the different Packs in your room, or share your special requests. Cancellation is also free until 6 p.m. on the day of your arrival! Exclusively on our site.

Is the room rate per person or per room?

The room rate is per room.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast is not included in the room rate (except special offers). Buffet breakfast charge is 25 Euros* per person (half price for kids under 12), in-room continental breakfast is 12 Euros*, and take-away express breakfast is 7 Euros*.

How is the hotel commited in eco responsible tourism?

The Hotel Trianon Rive Gauche is proud to offer you an eco-responsible stay. Indeed, we have been engaged in eco friendly tourism for several years now. Guarantor of our involvement, the hotel is certified with the European Ecolabel as well as the Green Key. Find all our environmental actions in the Ecology section of the site.

What actions can I take during my eco friendly stay?

You can also be an actor of sustainable tourism! We are proud to have a partner  which helps reforestation in France and abroad. When booking with us, for only 1€ per night and per person, you will help plant a tree. Tick the correct box when booking. This eco gesture will absorb the CO2 emitted during your stay.

Some simple eco gestures: reducing your energy consumption, no food wasting, recycling waste, ethical and local shopping, prefer soft transports: bike, electric scooter, walking…

Do you have accessible rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not have accessible rooms. We do have a lift. Do not hesitate to contact us for more detailed information.

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

Although we like animals, we don’t allow them in the hotel, whatever size or type.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

No, apart from breakfast, we only serve drinks and snacks 24/7. However we do have a room service available for lunch or dinner. Detailed menu with rates and opening hours is available in the room.

Where can I work in the hotel?

You can work in our spacious seminar room, bathed in natural light. By booking in advance, you can come and work in groups, with your company, your colleagues or your friends. You will have a welcome coffee (juice, coffee, pastries), a paperboard, Wifi Fiber access, video projector, etc. For more info, go to our Business page.
You can also work from the comfort of your room. Thanks to our offices equipped with outlets and Wifi Fiber access.
Finally, our lounge welcomes you for a moment of work in peace (please avoid calls or video calls).

How to book the seminar room?

Can I have an insight of the meeting room?

The seminar room has a capacity of up to 20 people. You will have everything you need: paperboard, video projector, high-speed Fiber Wifi, screen… The room is modular: U formats, school, theater etc. Rental by the hour, half day or day. For your comfort, you will also enjoy gourmet breaks and a welcome coffee.

Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

Of course, we can keep your luggage in our secure luggage room at any time. Please ask the front desk.

Do you have onsite parking?

No, we don’t have a car park. There is an underground car park on rue Soufflot. It’s about 5 minutes’ walking distance from the hotel. In August, street parking in Paris is free.

How can I connect to Internet/ Wifi ?

We have high-speed Fiber Wifi. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel and your room. Good to know: please contact the reception for the wifi code, which changes every month. Otherwise, your code will always be indicated at the check-in.

Can I request a particular room?

Because of our planning, we cannot guarantee a particular room number. We will, however, do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I make a specific request?

Please use the “comments” section. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

What Packages/ options can I book?

We offer Packs to enhance your stay and make it even more unforgettable. When making your reservation, you can book the Romantic Pack (macaroons, rose, etc.), Bistrot (charcuterie board) or even VIP. You can also request it at an additional cost by writing to us at: trianon.rg@orange.fr, mentioning your reservation number.

How can I offer night gifts?

Give the perfect gift to someone special, the amount is up to you! Birthday, leaving drink, wedding, celebration… All the reasons are good to please your friend, lover or your family.

Can I order room service?

Of course, you can order room service 24/7. You will find the room service menus in your room on your desk or near the bedside table. Order from soups, hot dishes, desserts and a special selection of wines and champagnes.

How can I cancel or change my booking?

Please check the cancellation and modification terms on your booking confirmation. Do not hesitate to contact the hotel for any explanation you may need. You can also cancel your booking by clicking on the link in your booking confirmation. If you would like to change your reservation, please contact the hotel.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, an early departure fee in an amount of one night may apply. Please inform the front desk 2 days in advance to avoid any charge. Please note that there will be no refund for special offer reservations when the total amount of the stay has been prepaid and is not cancellable.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. We do not accept Traveler’s checks or foreign banks checks. If you would like to check in to the hotel with cash, we will ask for the full payment of room charges. In addition, we will require a security deposit for damages or extras. Your security deposit may be refunded after your room has been inspected upon your departure. There are several banks in the vicinity with ATM’s, one is just around the corner.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

No, the Trianon Rive Gauche Hotel Paris is a smoke-free establishment. Thank you for not smoking on balconies. An ashtray is available outside.

Is there a lift in the hotel?

Yes, but you may have to walk a few steps up to access some rooms. Do not hesitate to bring any issue to our attention

Is there a safe in each room?

Yes, all our rooms have a laptop safe.

Are the rooms air-conditioned? All year round?

Yes, all our rooms have individually controlled air-conditioning. However, it only operates during warm periods. As per central heating, it is also individually controlled, and operates during cold periods. Therefore you’ll be assured to get the best temperature during your stay all year round.

Are the rooms large?

Our hotel is a Parisian period building, and this centenary architecture, whilst charming, means small room sizes. It gives the place a real sense of intimacy.

Is there a direct line from the room’s phone ?

Yes, you can call directly from your room dialing ‘0’ and then the phone number. All calls from the outside come through the reception desk and are transferred at once. If someone calls your room and you do not answer, we will transfer the message when you come back.

What is the number to call the reception desk?

Dial number 9 on your room telephone, you will be in direct contact with the reception!

Which rooms have a balcony?

Our Superior rooms with balcony, that you can only book on our official website. Our Superior room with view offers an amazing view over Paris. However, we cannot guarantee which type of view you will get, depending on our booking planning.

Will your rooms allow rollaway/crib? Is there a charge?

Unfortunately, we do not offer rollaways. Cribs are available for children under 2. Older children will use the regular beds. I.e. a couple with a 3 year old child will have to book a triple room. Please contact the reception desk for crib and child breakfast rate. For parties of 4, we are pleased to propose family rooms including connecting double room and twin room.

Do you offer free shuttle service from or to the airport?

We do not provide free shuttle service from or to the airport; however we do have a shuttle service for a fee with our partners. Please contact the front desk for rates. There is no shuttle to the stations, but we will be pleased to book a taxi or help with public transportation.

Can I rent bikes?
Just in front of the hotel, you can rent Vélibs (electric and mechanical bicycles). Several Pass are available: 45-minute journey, 24-hour pass or 3-day pass. All the information on the website, by clicking here.

Which is the nearest Metro station?

Our hotel Paris 6 has many metro station around it. The closest Metro station is Odeon, on line 4 or 10 (5 minutes walking distance from the hotel). The RER C station is Saint-Michel (7 minutes walk) and the RER B stop is Luxembourg (5 minutes away)

Is there a taxi stand near the hotel?

There is a taxi stand 5 minutes away on rue Soufflot. You can also easily hail a taxi on boulevard Saint-Michel, around the corner.

Which languages do your reception staff speak?

Our staff will be pleased to welcome you in French and fluent English. Some receptionist can speak a third language: Spanish, German, Italian, Russian…
